Return, Exchange & 1 Year Guarantee Policies
Returns
- Returns are offered on unworn jewelry within 15 days of items being delivered. Case by case exceptions can be made for purchases delivered more 15 days.
- Return policy is extended during the months of Nov-Dec for holiday shopping
- Must be in original condition and packaging
- Refunds are issued once the returned item is received.
- The buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns are not accepted on custom-made pieces, unless a design error was made or separately agreed upon.
- Returns are not accepted on gift cards or items labeled Final Sale.

If your eligible for a return, I'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
- Items must be unworn to be exchanged
- No exchanges on custom-made pieces, unless an error was made on my end or separately agreed upon.
- I will let you know ahead of time if shipping fees apply

1 Year Product Guarantee
- All jewelry is covered by our 1-year guarantee for manufacturing defects.
- If something breaks or malfunctions due to a quality issue, I'll replace or repair it at no charge.
- Covered: faulty parts, broken chains/clasps, workmanship issues
- Not covered: lost items, normal wear, tarnish, accidental damage
Refunds
You will be notified when your return is received and processed. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, or given store credit for Made-to-Order purchases. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
